Bonus: It’s less than 100 calories, so your dietitian (or food journal) will approve!
Strawberry Dessert Martini Estimated time: 5 minutes for 4 servings
In a martini glass (I prefer stemless), layer: 1/2 cup fat free vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup blueberries (optional) 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Top with 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 teaspoon of bittersweet chocolate chips.
