As soon as you publish a book you become an expert, right? Nevermind your subject matter, when you self-publish people just think you are an expert in publishing books, and want to know how they can publish their book too.
So here is my simple advice: Don’t buy a publishing package from anyone unless you have zero time AND zero skills, and only spend money when absolutely necessary. Oh, and write an outline before you write a book. It saves time!

Unless you’re being paid to travel as part of your career, it can get expensive! I think traveling is great, but there are lots of little costs that add up over the duration of a vacation that are easy to account for when budgeting.
