Here is our simple homemade, sugar (and guilt) free peanut butter recipe. And by simple, I mean ridiculously easy. So easy, you can make it without a measuring cup or measuring spoons. This is all you need:

This healthy recipe combines two of my favourite things: breakfast and cookies. Yum. I adapted it from here because I liked the recipe but wanted cookies instead of bars.
Sugar Free Vegan Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups regular rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup of ground flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup mixed nuts, finely chopped (I used whole peanuts and almonds and threw them in the food processor to chop them)
- 1/2 tsp allspice
